This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations related to donations, events, and services provided by AUM SRI MAHAPERIAVA SATH SANGAM TRUST. We strive to maintain transparency and fairness in all our dealings.

Donations

Once a donation is made to AUM SRI MAHAPERIAVA SATH SANGAM TRUST, it is generally non-refundable. However, in exceptional circumstances, such as technical errors or unauthorized transactions, we may consider cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.

Event Registrations

For events organized by AUM SRI MAHAPERIAVA SATH SANGAM TRUST:

Cancellation by Participant

If you need to cancel your registration for an event, please notify us as soon as possible.

Cancellation by the Trust

In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide the following options:

Transfer your registration to the rescheduled event
Full refund of the registration fee (if applicable)
Convert your registration fee into a donation to the Trust (with your consent)

Services

For services provided by AUM SRI MAHAPERIAVA SATH SANGAM TRUST (such as pujas, ceremonies, or consultations):

24-48 Hours Before

Less than 24 Hours

Cancellation by the Trust

If we need to cancel a service due to unavoidable circumstances, we will provide the following options:

Reschedule the service at a mutually convenient time
Full refund of the service fee (if applicable)
Convert your service fee into a donation to the Trust (with your consent)
